This Thursday, Parker Finn's Smile starring Sosie Bacon (Mare of Easttown) will have its world premiere at the Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar as the opening night movie of Fantastic Fest 2022. Before its debut, we are happy to reveal an exclusive first look at a new poster for Smile.

After witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient, Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can't explain. As an overwhelming terror begins taking over her life, Rose must confront her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.
