This Fall, Netflix is ready to party like it's 1964. The titan of streamers is delivering both Tim Burton's Addams Family adaptation(Wednesday) and Rob Zombie's take on The Munsters. Zombie delivered the news this morning via Instagram along with a vintage TV Guide Fall preview of the '64-'65 season featuring both the original Addams Family and Munsters series. The first trailer was released last week, and while lots of people had lots to say, Scott Wampler made a very good point: Let Rob Zombie Do Rob Zombie Shit. The story is an origin tale, focusing on Herman's creation and courtship of Lily. A love story, taking The Munsters "on a hauntingly hilarious trip from Transylvania to Hollywood." (This explains why there's no sign of Eddie!) No official release date announced just yet, but we'll keep our eyes peeled and let you know when you can check this out on Netflix.
