We officially have a teaser trailer for the upcoming Predator prequel, Prey. The latest installment in the Predator franchise is set 300 years ago, in the Comanche Nation and follows Naru (Amber Midthunder), a warrior who protects her tribe from becoming prey to the series' titular predator.
This latest entry is directed by Dan Trachtenberg (10 Cloverfield Lane) and will be hitting Hulu August 20th. Take a look at the teaser below.
Teaser is right! But it is a tight and terse peak into the world Trachtenberg is creating for audiences. The two Comanche women crouched in an open field as they hide and prepare to face off against the Predator, the slow creak of the bow being drawn before the familiar laser sets its sight on Naru. We are suddenly feeling very excited for Summer! Prey will be streaming exclusively on Hulu, August 20th.
