INFINITY POOL (2023)

Brandon Cronenberg is getting in on the fun with Infinity Pool, aliens land in South London, and we check in for some summer vacation rental shenanigans. The new additions this month are joining an already healthy horror offering on the platform, including Hulu original Clock, and Chainsaw Award winner The Night House. Take a look at all the horror titles being added to Hulu this month.

1. Attack The Block

Joe Cornish's sci-fi horror focusing on South London teenagers (John Boyega, Alex Esmail, Leeon Jones) as they defend their neighborhood from malevolent extraterrestrials was a breakout hit when it debuted in 2011. With a confirmed sequel in the works, it's a great time to revisit the original.

2. Barbarian

A twisty gift of a treat bestowed unto us by Zach Cregger, Barbarian follows a young woman who discovers the rental home she booked is already occupied by a stranger. Against her better judgment, she decides to spend the night but soon discovers there's a lot more to fear than just an unexpected house guest. Watch this one before you head off to your summer vacations, or better yet...watch it from your Airbnb for a truly, shall we say, immersive experience.

3. Infinity Pool

Buckle up, sucky babies! Guided by a seductive and mysterious woman, a couple on vacation venture outside the resort grounds and find themselves in a culture filled with violence, hedonism and untold horror. A tragic accident soon leaves them facing a zero tolerance policy for crime: either you'll be executed, or, if you're rich enough to afford it, you can watch yourself die instead. Mia Goth delivers another unhinged, absolutely epic, and ridiculously quotable performance in Brandon Cronenberg's La Tolqa nightmare.

4. One Hour Photo

One Hour Photo DVD

The beloved Robin Williams takes a dark turn as Sy Parrish, who runs a small one-hour photo developing. He's a perfectionist about his work and generous to his regular customers, including a typical family headed by Will Yorkin. Over the years, he's seen their family grow through their photographs, but when he sees evidence of Yorkin being unfaithful, coupled with a threat to his position, his already precarious mental state tips over the edge.

5. Predators

Predators

Brought together on a mysterious planet, a mercenary (Adrien Brody) and a group of coldblooded killers now become the prey. A new breed of aliens pursues the ragtag humans through dense jungle. The group must work together to survive, or become the latest trophies of the fearsome intergalactic hunters.

6. Tucker & Dale Vs. Evil

Tucker And Dale Vs. Evil

This horror comedy is a wildly fun take on hillbilly horror. Two scruffy pals' (Tyler Labine, Alan Tudyk) backwoods vacation takes a bloody turn when ignorant college students mistake them for a pair of murderous hillbillies. A series of unfortunate events makes for one killer getaway.

7. The Twilight Saga

Before you yell at me, go take a peek at FANGORIA Volume 1 Issue #288. The Twilight trilogy is streaming on Hulu so you can follow along with the bloodsucking love triangle of Bella, Edward, and Jacob. But listen, those Volturi vamps are no joke!

8. The X-Files: I Want To Believe

The X-Files- I Want To Believe

Though FBI special agent Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and his partner Dr. Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) once chased things that go bump in the night, his tireless search for the truth out there has led to his professional exile. However, a missing-persons case leads to the agents' reunion, along with an encounter with a priest (Billy Connolly) who may or may not be experiencing psychic visions.
