Here's the Demon You Probably Didn't See in THE EXORCIST: BELIEVER

That's one gnarly cutting room floor.

Though you hardly got a glimpse of the ol’ gal in The Exorcist: Believer, Blumhouse’s franchise entry had one hell of a demon in it: a horned, winged, three-eyed, saggy-titted demon created by Fango contributor/Oscar-winning makeup artist Christopher Nelson. The makeup was applied by Chris, Kevin Kirkpatrick and Dave Dupuis, who were supported with build and lab work by the talented folks at Vincent Van Dyke Studios.

I've heard the demon's official screen time measured in frames, but thanks to Chris' Instagram page, she's finally ready for her close-up.

Meet Lamashtu.

As unveiled on Chris’ Instagram, Lamashtu (played by Lize Johnston) is a hellish sight to behold and we can only ponder why she was not featured more prominently in the film. (Well, I guess we can do more than ponder, but I have neither David Gordon Green's phone number nor an abundance of free time, so I’ll settle for pondering.)

Chris says more pics are coming; keep an eye on his Instagram for more.
