Yes, that's right - after the previous iteration of Scream 7 fell apart (as disastrously and publicly as any would-be film project has ever imploded), the project is back on track, with Neve Campbell starring and director Kevin Williamson (who wrote the screenplay for the original Scream all those years ago) at the helm.
It's news that's sure to delight Scream fans who weren't happy about Campbell being left out of the previous Scream, and it's also news that indicates how wildly different this version of Scream 7 will be from whatever had been planned for Chris Landon's jettisoned version of the film.
Beyond the above, that's pretty much all we know at this point! Don't know who else is coming back, don't know what it'll be about, don't even know if Scream 7 will remain the title. Of course we'll keep you informed as further updates roll in, however, and we imagine that we'll begin getting the answers to some of those questions sooner rather than later, so keep your eyes peeled.
