Panic Fest is back, for its 10th year! With live guests and screenings of features like Hatching, Midnight, and Lux Aeterna, the offerings are stacked! This year's lineup is kicking off with The Last Drive-In's Joe Bob Briggs and Darcy the Mail Girl hosting a special anniversary screening of Bubba Ho-Tep. Other live guests include Mick Garris celebrating the Sleepwalkers 30th anniversary and doing a live taping of the Nightmare on Film Street podcast, and Lloyd Kaufman in attendance for a screening of Shakespeare's Shitstorm. Panic Fest 2022 is following a hybrid model with a return to the theater, and online offerings as well. The festival runs April 28 - May 8 with in-person screenings taking place in Kansas City's historic Screenland Armour theater.

Panic Fest co-founder Tim KC Canton says, “We couldn’t be more thrilled to bring Panic Fest back to the masses for our 10th festival! Can’t wait to see everyone back at the theater and kick things off with Joe Bob while celebrating so many great films we get to share with genre fans.”

This year's lineup includes over 30 feature films and over 50 short films from around the world in addition to signature podcasts, special events, and virtual meet-ups via the Gather platform.
