Zodiac is David Fincher's examination of the mystery of the Zodiac Killer, a serial murderer who has never been caught and was known for sending taunting letters to local newspapers in the Bay Area of California. While the Zodiac only has five murders to his name, he claimed many more, and the case is the most famous of all serial murderers in the United States. The film has dreamy murder sequences and uses the song "Hurdy Gurdy Man" by Donovan to unnerving effect. The scene pictured here is one of the scariest scenes I've ever seen.

M. Night Shyamalan's Split is a deeply disturbing tale of three girls captured by a serial killer with dissociative identity disorder. Kevin Wendell Crumb and his 23 personalities, played by James McAvoy, alternately terrorize and comfort the girls who are trapped in an underground lair. Anya Taylor-Joy and Betty Buckley also star in the film, but McAvoy's central performance is not one to miss. Peacock also has Warm Bodies, the zombie romance, and Universal's Van Helsing on tap.
