Last September, we brought you news of R.L. Stine tackling stories in a new medium — comic books. BOOM! Studios gave us our first look at R.L. Stine's comic series Stuff Of Nightmares. The four-issue limited series offered up a new take on iconic creatures. More good news today, as R.L. Stine is back with more Stuff Of Nightmares. This time around the horror master is joined by Bram Stoker Award-nominated artist Pius Bak (Eat The Rich), along with colorist Francesco Segala (House of Slaughter), to ring in the holiday season with a frightful story of holiday fear in Stuff Of Nightmares: Slay Ride.
The Nightmare Keeper acts as our Stuff Of Nightmares ghoulish host. He returns with a story of jolly old Saint Nick decking the halls with holiday horror. “R.L. As shopping malls across the country continue to die, a down-and-out former mall Santa, Heinrick Fiddler, turns to madness as his profession has become obsolete. And this year, he’s dead-set on making sure department store shopping isn’t the only thing that’s deceased!
