Game of Thrones stars Sophie Turner and Kit Harington are reuniting for The Dreadful, an upcoming Gothic horror from Lucky director Natasha Kermani.

Deadline, who reported the news today, reveal that the film is set to launch sales at Berlinale's upcoming EFM (European Film Market) later this month through UTA Independent Film Group and Film Bridge International.

A plot synopsis, via Deadline, reads as follows:

The film set against the backdrop of the War of the Roses follows Anne (Turner) and her mother-in-law Morwen, who live a solitary, harsh life on the outskirts of society. But when a man (Harington) from their past returns, he will set off a sequence of events that become a turning point for Anne.

Kermani, who is also writing the screenplay, most lent her skills to Shudder's V/H/S/85, with the sci-fi horror segment TKNOGD.

That's all we know of The Dreadful for now, but rest assured we'll bring you any updates as and when we get them!
