The good folks over at Scream Factory are yet again delivering the goods for physical media aficionados, with today's announcement that the genre powerhouse are bringing Clive Barker's cult classic Nightbreed to Collector’s Edition 4K on August 1, 2023.
An adaptation of his own novel Cabal, Barker's 1990 horror fantasy stars Craig Sheffer as "a troubled young man is drawn to a mythical place called Midian where a variety of friendly monsters are hiding from humanity." Also starring are Anne Bobby, David Cronenberg, Charles Haid, Hugh Quarshie, and Doug Bradley. The film is also scored by the man, the myth, the legend Danny Elfman himself.
Scream Factory's collector's edition contains four packed discs, including the Director's Cut that they originally restored back in 2014. Here's the full breakdown of what treasures lie within those four discs:
