We’ve been waiting around these parts for any info about when we can see Ti West’s trilogy-capper Maxxxine, and we now have a release date: July 5th.
After the wild rides of X and Pearl, Maxxxine jumps forward to the 1980s, where Maxine has relocated to make her fortune after the nightmare in Texas. We don’t know much else but that the film will also star Halsey, Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Lily Collins, Giancarlo Esposito, and Kevin Bacon (word is Bacon is incredible in this).
Goth is on record as saying Maxxxine will be “the best movie of the three. It’s the biggest story of the three with the highest stakes and Maxine has gone through so much at this point. So when we find her in this new world, she’s just a force to be reckoned with and she goes through some pretty wild adventures.” Did you read that in Goth’s voice? I did.
This is not a drill: Maxxxine will hit theaters on July 5th.
