After racking up a cool worldwide total of $5.2 million on a budget of just $100,000, Rhys Frake-Waterfield's viral horror sensation Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood and Honey had a sequel greenlit before you could say 'oh, bother!'

Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 promises a bigger budget and more blood than ever before, and today brings a closer look at the new creepy critters joining the 100-Acre-Wood gang with new character posters debuted exclusively earlier today by the good folks over at Dread Central.

The plot synopsis for Blood and Honey 2 reads as follows:

Deep within the 100-Acre-Wood, a destructive rage grows as Winnie-the-Pooh, Piglet, Owl, and Tigger find their home and their lives endangered after Christopher Robin revealed their existence. Not wanting to live in the shadows any longer, the group decides to take the fight to the town of Ashdown, home of Christopher Robin, leaving a bloody trail of death and mayhem in their wake. Winnie and his savage friends will show everyone that they are deadlier, stronger and smarter than anyone could ever imagine and get their revenge on Christopher Robin, once and for all.

Blood and Honey 2 stars Simon Callow (Four Weddings and a Funeral), Tallulah Evans (Son of Rambow), Scott Chambers (Doctor Jekyll, Malpractice) as Christopher Robin, Ryan Oliva (Seasoning House) as Winnie-the-Pooh and Peter DeSouza-Feighoney (The Pope’s Exorcist) as Young Winnie-the-Pooh. Frake-Waterfield will once again direct with a screenplay by Matt Leslie (Summer of 84)

The new posters (seen below) give us a good look at Pooh, Piglet, Owl and Tigger, who wasn't in the first movie because he hadn't yet hit the public domain.

Love 'em or hate 'em, there's no doubt that following Blood and Honey's success, we're going to be seeing a lot more public domain horrors from here on out. There's Entertainment's Three Blind Mice and Mary Had a Little Lamb, Cinderella's Revenge AND Cinderella's Curse, not to mention the slew of Steamboat Willie Mickey Mouse slashers that are set to follow the Disney titan entering the public sphere.

Blood and Honey 2 hits theaters exclusively later this year. Ready for another twisted tale?:
